Time to start planning for you spring projects.

I would like to introduce myself, my name is Ken Minyard and I am the President of Renovations Etc.  I founded this company knowing that there was  a major need for quality construction and remodeling services. After hearing horror stories and seeing first hand  how shoddy the construction industry can be, I felt that I could help make a difference. This company is based on old time morals and values, like when a handshake was all that was necessary to complete a deal.  With my 25 plus years of construction experience, strong values, and Christian faith, it was time to act. We formed Kenergy Builders/Renovations Etc. I originally called the company Kenergy Because we were specializing in extremely Energy Efficient Homes, most saved at least 60% in energy bills compared to a conventional home, we were Energy Star Certified.  This was before building "Green" even existed!  We still try to incorporate energy conservation into all of our projects.  We now call our company Renovations Etc., and due to the economy, do mostly remodels.
