A few tips on how you can prepare for spring.

Time to start planning for you spring projects.

Here at Renovations Etc. we will install owner supplied cabinets.  If you are on a tight budget and want to purchase your cabinets at a "Big Box Store", go ahead. You get their great incentives such as special financing, reduced cost, free items (sink bases etc), sales promotions and more. Most cabinet companies can't match their pricing because they buy in such large quantities. However, we can beat their installation prices and extras, and get from us over twenty years of cabinetry experience!  We don't have the labor mark ups like the "Big Box Stores", they use all sub-contracted labor and don't actually have their own installation crews. You can then do as much of your project a you would like, or we can give you a turn key project, you supply the cabinets only. It is totally up to you.

Here is how it works.

   1. First of all we offer "FREE" initial consultation.  Prior to you going to the "Big Box Store", you meet with us. We then go over the details of your project. We will give you some pointers and suggestions. At that time we will discuss with you the fees associated with your project.

   2. If you decide to use our professional services, we will sign a simple contract with you. We will then take exact measurements for your new cabinets. It may sound simple, but we know exactly what to look for.  Our services will save you a lot of headaches when it comes time to install your cabinets.

   3. After we do the measure, we will send you, via E-mail, a layout of your project, with all necessary measurements and pre-construction photos. You then take the package to the "Big Box Store".

   4. The "Big Box Store" will then design your kitchen to the cabinetry that you choose, using our information.

   5. After your design is complete, and Prior to ordering, you bring us their new cabinet layout. We will look it over making sure everything will work with your kitchen, bath, or office, etc.

   6. We may then offer suggestions or changes. Once the layout is agreed upon, you place your order.

   7. You notify us about your cabinet shipping date, you have them delivered directly to your home. We then schedule and install your cabinets, sinks, fixtures and appliances. 

It is pretty simple. You get the best of both worlds. You get the "Big Box Store" pricing, you get Renovations Etc. Professional installation and more.
